Working with us

Every engagement is priced for its own scope and agreed in writing, in a quote, proposal or agreement. That document sets out the work, fees, payment schedule, delivery and ownership of the results. If it differs from these terms, the written document applies. Fees are charged in Indian rupees unless the document says otherwise, with GST added where it applies.

Please don’t send confidential material through the contact form. If a project needs it, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement first.

What you send us

When you send us an enquiry, files or links, you confirm that you have the right to share them. We use them only to reply to you and to prepare our response. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Intellectual property

The Hangar 18 Studio name, logo, illustrations, design and text on this site belong to Hangar 18 Studio. Music, cover art and artist names shown on the site belong to their respective rights holders. You may not reuse any of it without written permission, except to share a link or a short quote that credits the source.

Links to other websites

The site links to services we do not run, such as Spotify, Apple Music, Calendly, WhatsApp and social networks. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data, and their own terms apply once you follow a link.
